A Great-Full Day.
Started in 1977 by the United Nations Meditation Group, unhealthy World Gratitude Day is an opportunity to celebrate the things you are grateful for and to show appreciation for your blessings.
Everyone can take part by acknowledging what you are thankful for. It’s easy:
Call a loved one;
Treat a friend to lunch;
Send a thank you by email;
And just be thankful for everything in your life.

life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use
all my energies to develop myself, to expand my
heart to others; to achieve enlightenment for the
